What to tell us
Four things turn a slow exchange into one reply. The first two are on the About page in the app: open AirCert and tap the ⓘ button at the top right of the home screen. On Android, they are under About in Settings.
- 1Your AirCert versionIt is printed under the app name on the About page, for example Version 1.0 (1).
- 2Your device and its software versioniPhone, iPad or Android phone, and the version of iOS or Android it is running.
- 3What you tapped, and what happenedThe screen you were on, what you expected, and what you got instead.

About your records
AirCert has no account and no login, and your service records live in your own iCloud account, not on our servers. That means we cannot look up your data to diagnose a problem, so the detail above is what we work from. See the privacy policy.
Answers without waiting
Most questions we get are about the federal rules rather than the app. These guides answer them in plain English, with the citation.
